The rules that govern your use of FigSamurai's platform and services.
By accessing or using FigSamurai's platform, website, or any of our products (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Platform.
FigSamurai ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered design and strategy SaaS platform that generates digital outputs through automated processes.
FigSamurai is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses AI to generate digital outputs through two products:
FigBrand — AI Brand & Digital Presence Generator (available now):
FigStudio — AI Product Builder (coming soon):
All outputs are generated and delivered digitally through the Platform. The scope and outputs included in each plan are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Some Platform features may require you to provide information about yourself or your business. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller LemonSqueezy. LemonSqueezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. LemonSqueezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are displayed in EUR. LemonSqueezy handles all tax calculation, collection, and remittance (including VAT/IVA) as the Merchant of Record. The final price shown at checkout includes all applicable taxes.
One-time plan payments are charged at the time of purchase. Subscription payments are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you upload or provide to the Platform (photos, text, logos, etc.).
Upon full payment, you own the final outputs generated by the Platform for your account (websites, content, design assets). FigSamurai retains the right to use completed outputs in our portfolio and case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
FigSamurai's platform, software, AI models, processes, templates, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of FigSamurai. Your purchase grants you a license to the generated outputs, not to the system that produced them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FigSamurai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to FigSamurai in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Platform or by contacting LemonSqueezy support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Upon termination, you retain ownership of all outputs generated during your active plan period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
