1. General Policy

FigSamurai is an AI-powered platform that generates custom digital outputs including brand strategy, design assets, websites, and content. Because these outputs are produced specifically for each customer and delivered digitally, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. This is standard for digital products and SaaS platforms.

2. One-Time Purchases

Before Outputs Are Generated

If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase and before the platform has generated any outputs for your project (including diagnostics, strategy, or design assets), you may receive a full refund at our discretion. Requests made after 48 hours or after any output has been generated are not eligible.

After Outputs Are Delivered

Once the platform has generated and delivered any outputs — including diagnostics, strategy documents, design assets, or website builds — no refunds will be issued. This applies regardless of whether you have downloaded, reviewed, or used the outputs. Platform resources are consumed at the point of generation.

Revisions

You may request revisions on platform-generated outputs as part of your plan. Revision requests are processed by the platform and do not constitute grounds for a refund. Outputs are considered accepted if no revision request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If you experience an issue with platform outputs, contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We offer a structured revision process within each plan. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of platform access and termination of your account.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a verified platform failure that prevented output delivery — refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any approved exception will be limited to the value of undelivered outputs only.
